The design of mechanical compression system can be ensured for longer production runs.
Pressure rollers are made of special tool steel that ensures uniform pressure application, the double bearings are fitted, which minimize wearing of the rollers.
The machine is designed for double-layer tabletting purpose with single-sided output, it can also be easily converted for single layer tablet production, but with double-sided output. Both layers can be easily weight controlled respectively.
Although not equipped with pre-compression as standard, the “DH” series machine can be provided with special parts to allow one side of the press to be used as a pre-compression featuhes.
